SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We don't currently ship internationally.

DELIVERY COSTS
- Orders under R599: R100 standard delivery
- Orders from R599 to R769.99: R50 (half-price delivery)
- Orders from R770: free standard delivery
This means the Veloura Glide always ships free, and sun cream 2-packs ship at half price. Your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are delivered within 8–11 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are counted from the next business day. Outlying areas may occasionally take a little longer.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

ADDRESS DETAILS
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed collection, we may charge for re-delivery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order, contact us at Nmbgroup01@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
