How much is delivery?

Delivery anywhere in South Africa is R100. The Veloura Glide ships free, sun cream 2-packs get half-price delivery (R50), and every order from R770 ships free.

Does it hurt?

Most people feel a warm snap, like a light elastic flick. Start on a low level and increase as you get comfortable.

Is it permanent?

IPL gives long-term hair reduction rather than guaranteed permanent removal. Occasional touch-ups keep results going.

Do I need the sun cream?

It's strongly recommended. Treated skin should be kept out of the sun between sessions, and tanned skin shouldn't be treated with IPL. Daily SPF keeps you on track with your routine.

Can I use it on my face?

Yes, on the upper lip, chin and jawline. Never near the eyes.

How long does a session take?

Underarms take a couple of minutes; full lower legs around 15 minutes in Glide Mode.

Is it safe for my skin tone?

It works best on light to medium-brown skin with darker hair. It is not suitable for very dark skin tones. Always patch-test first.
