WHAT WE COLLECT
- Details you give us: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, and messages you send us.
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies, collected automatically when you use our site.

WHY WE USE IT
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and warranty claims.
- To communicate with you about your order and reply to your questions.
- To send marketing emails, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To improve our website and products.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the store, such as:
- Shopify (our store platform)
- our payment provider
- courier companies
- email and analytics tools
They may only use it to provide their services to us. Some of these providers store data outside South Africa. Where they do, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to POPIA. We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the store works.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records for as long as the law requires (generally 5 years for tax purposes) and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Under POPIA you may:
- ask what personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to its processing
- withdraw consent for marketing
