RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Clarité Co we want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return it within 10 days of delivery.

CHANGE OF MIND (10 DAYS)
You may return any item within 10 days of receiving it, for any reason. To qualify:
- The Veloura Glide must be returned complete (handset, adapter, glasses and guide) in its original packaging, without damage.
- Sun cream must be unopened and sealed. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened sun cream unless it is faulty.
You pay the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll cover the return delivery and, at your choice, repair, replace or refund the item.

WARRANTY
- The Veloura Glide comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the 6-month implied warranty of quality, are not affected by this policy.
- The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, water damage or using the device against its instructions.

BUNDLES AND DISCOUNTS
If you return one item from a discounted bundle, your refund is based on the price you actually paid for that item after the discount.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at Nmbgroup01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back with proof of postage. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. Delivery fees are refunded only if the item was faulty, damaged or sent in error.

EXCHANGES
Want a different colour? Return the original under this policy and place a new order.
